FICS Ltd Scholarship Awardees: Celebrating Excellence

Financial Investments and Consultancy Services Ltd. (FICS) has awarded scholarships to outstanding students for the upcoming academic year, reinforcing its commitment to education and the development of Saint Lucia’s future leaders. 

Honoring the legacy of its co-founders who played a pivotal role in advancing Saint Lucia's education sector, FICS established the Lusca Theophilus, Bernadette Theophilus, and Peter Joseph Scholarships to ease financial barriers and empower young scholars in their academic pursuits.

“Education is the key to success. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we are proud to offer these scholarships to support young Saint Lucians in achieving their goals” said Ms. Preville, FICS Ltd.

Scholarship Recipients:

• The Lusca Theophilus Scholarship was awarded to Elvira Agdomar, who received the first tranche for her first year of college. Devin Philip, having successfully completed his first year, was awarded the second tranche of his scholarship for his second year.

• The Peter Joseph Scholarship was awarded to Ethan Smith, who received the first tranche for his first year of college. In addition, Bernard Samuel was awarded the second tranche of his scholarship, having progressed to his second year of study.

• The Bernadette Theophilus Scholarship was awarded to Ms. Myra Alcee. Additionally, a Special Scholarship was awarded to Ms. Brianna Mondesir.
